HOW IT WORKS:
Payment Options: Upfront or Monthly
Upfront Payment (1 Year): Pay for the full year in advance and enjoy seamless service.
Monthly Treatment: Members may transfer one treatment per year. One free treatment can be used per month. If a treatment is not used in the previous month, no more than two treatments can be stacked in the following month. Unused treatments expire if not used within a two-month period.
Monthly Payment Plan: If you prefer, you can make monthly payments. Your credit card will be charged on a recurring basis for 12 months.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. Any missed appointments will be counted as one of your treatments and a $50 canelation fee will be applied if less than 24 hour notice.
Early Opt-Out: If you’re on the monthly plan and decide to cancel before completing the 12-month term, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
Late Arrivals: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if you arrive late.
Money Banks: Money banks and accrues monthly. Any funds not used within one year of the payment date or the initial yearly payment will expire. No refunds are provided.
