What is the membership fee for
CONCIERGE MEDICINE?
Our Concierge Medicine program is billed annually, starting from your initial sign-up date. We offer several membership options to best suit your needs:
$4,000 per year for an individual
$6,000 per year for a couple
$1,000 per year for each additional dependent (up to age 26)
We are here to provide you with the personalized care you deserve, every step of the way.
Will Insurance cover the cost of the
MEMBERSHIP FEE?
No, insurance will not cover the cost of the membership. At Prescribed Health + Beauty, we work alongside your current health insurance to bill for primary care services. Your insurance may also help cover specialty care or hospital stays when needed. If you don’t have insurance, we offer the option to pay out-of-pocket for primary care services. We're here to ensure you get the care you need, no matter your insurance situation.
Plus, you can use your FSA or HSA account to cover the membership fee, making it easier to prioritize your health.
Is there a waitlist for

We are now accepting applications for membership at Prescribed Health + Beauty. Due to high demand, spots are limited.
